Hey, I’m Lauren! I’m a multiple business owner who has spent the last 9+ years building, scaling and selling businesses — all while raising my two daughters.
Entrepreneurship for me has never looked like the picture-perfect version you see online. It’s been built around school runs, hospital appointments, life admin and the unpredictable rhythm of motherhood. One of my daughters has complex needs, which means flexibility, resilience and smart systems have always been essential in how I build businesses.
Over the years I realised something important: most business advice simply isn’t designed for mothers.
The “wake up at 5am”, “work 16-hour days” and “just go all in” advice ignores the reality of raising a family.
